Abstract
The study aimed to identify the relationship between leadership roles and perspective future less detail (time of the heads and members of the Iraqi central federations and Olympic Games, the researcher approached the descriptive method of searching in a relational relations on a sample of the presidents and members of the Iraqi FEDERATIONS of the Olympic Games (220) individual ,from( 2019/3/10) to (2019/6/5), were divided into three samples on according to the requirements of study in the preparation of both measurements to be suited for the target sample, as they were conducting scientific foundations of transactions on a sample statistical analysis, and then be Experimented on the exploratory sample, and then applied to a sample application, and data collection and processing statistically statistical program portfolio (SPSS) version (24), the researcher concluded that the presidents and members of the Olympic Central Iraqi Unions need to empower the leadership of vision, they need to possess a perspective for the future , Leadership is linked to the vision of the heads and members of the Iraqi central unions future Olympic time perspective, leadership roles are linked to the vision of the heads and members of the Iraqi central unions Olympic future time perspective, the researcher should disseminate the results of these studies, the central Iraqi Unions Olympic Games, it is necessary to educate the presidents and members of the central importance of the Olympic Federations Iraqi leadership vision, it must be the adoption of motivation Cognitive Side in determining scientific perspective for the future
