Abstract
The aim of the research was to design a training curriculum to develop physical fitness components for fighters of the Federal Police Forces Command, and to know its impact on the development of fighters, and the two researchers used the experimental approach to design the equivalent groups by random testing for its suitability to the objectives and hypotheses of the research, and the researccommunity was identified as the Special Forces Training School Rapid Response Division in Baghdad governorate The number of (250) fighters was chosen, and the research sample was chosen by the random lottery of classes with (30) fighters from the ranks, where the sample percentage constituted (12%) from the community of origin and ages from (23-26) years, in addition to the exploratory sample by (10) fighters without The research sample, with a percentage of (2.5), and the sample was divided by random numbers into two experimental and control groups. (15) fighters were divided for each group, and the research sample was homogeneous and equal, and the two researchers concluded that the special exercises have a positive effect on the development of physical and motor abilities, and that proper planning for building a physical base An integrated program that contributes effectively to enhancing the combat competence of fighters, and the physical reactions demonstrated by the experimental research group are an effective indicator for developing the level of performance in The tactical exercises, and raising the level of physical and mobility abilities of fighters contribute effectively to the development of combat skills, and I recommend the use of the proposed special exercises to train fighters in the Special Forces and the need to include them in the training curricula of all types of the armed forces, with attention to physical exercises used in the basic and development courses to prepare Federal Police fighters In general, and special forces in particular, to prepare for any duty.
