| Abstract | ||
| The research aimed to setups hositalocale preventive program by using water exercises for triathlon runners knowing later the effect of that program on the physiological and biochemical changes on the players the tow researchers assumed that deference between before and after tests and the sample was ten triathlon players chosen in purpose for onemonthe long program with 6units a week with 24as total and by the end of the conclusion was that using means of hospitalocale prevention made a noticeable improvement with physiological and biochemical cha ages for triathlon player and the instructions was the necessity of using this method through training especially in its special preparation for its effect in reducing time for recovery of hospitalizat | ||
