Abstract
The research aims to identify the differences in some of the variables of the blood and speed healing to Rakda speed and researcher used a descriptive approach to suitability nature of his research was the number of respondents (10 runners raced ) was chosen as the two of them randomly by lottery for the purpose of application experience exploratory were excluded from the sample . (4 runners raced 110 -meter hurdles ) - ( 4 runners raced the 100 m freestyle ) , as measured pulse at rest were withdrawn blood sample and then doing a warm-up for 10 minutes and then test was performed after the completion of the test the team Assistant measure pulse of the two laboratories was appointed after the withdrawal of blood and then measuring the pulse at the end of every minute until the tenth minute . The researcher concluded that the emergence of statistically significant differences in the variables of blood ( red blood cells and white blood cells and platelets and hemoglobin ) between two events (100 -meter freestyle and 110 -meter hurdles ), but the effectiveness of the ( 110-meter ) hurdles best results . The researcher recommended that coaches must make consecutive tests for blood variables and on an ongoing basis and for different periods of time and attention , because they affect the production of chemical energy in the muscles ..
