Abstract
The objective of the study is to prepare training with different weight balls in developing bio-mechanical variables concerning javelin for juveniles in which the researcher has used these trainings in order to develop of technical performance at shooters of cross bow and the speed and angle of shooting and the achievement that included the problem and the treatment in developing of explosive power of both arms and legs in crossbowand the speed and angle of shooting and the achievement in which the researcher has prepared special exercises of three training groups .Each group used special balls weight , achieving three training group at weight of 300gm. , second 500 gm. and the third 700gm .These three groups were compared with exercises and their impact in achieving cross bow and the speed and angle of shooting and the achievement for each weight of iron balls by using exercise, speed, angle and achievement that the three samples of the research ,objective of the research from cross bow , optimal speed , angle and achievement of javelin for the juveniles . The research included , hypotheses of the research and the objectives of the research to identify which of them more effective in using different weights of balls in cross bow ,shooting angle of efficacy of the sample of the research of national center talented and Olympic champion of ( 18 ) shooters , distributed into ( 6 ) six shooters for each group by using statistical instruments to deal with procedures of the research) T.TOS (and debate .The researcher reached several conclusions and recommendations at sample of the research during procedures of the research and its results.
