The experimental group had evolved in the performance of the snatch. The experimental group had evolved by top of the control which shows the evolution of the ability of muscle to this group, which exercises used in the lessons.The recommendations that came out of the researcher are:. Adoption of the results of this study in the introduction of vocabulary to develop muscle power as part of the curriculum studied weightlifting sports in colleges of education..
