| Abstract | ||
| The study aimed to identify the effect of proposed exercises todevelop compatibility and strength characteristic of speed of themuscles of the arms and the accuracy of the performance of the skillof beating in the face of the racquet in the table-tennis beginners.The study carried on (6) players from the (Ashti) beginners teamtable-tennis in Sulaymaniyah province. The researchers were carrieda previous measurements on the sample research after choice thephysical abilities of special variables under study, based on thescientific studies which were followed, then the proposed exerciseswas applied for (8) weeks with (3) training units in a week . Thenthey carried the aftermath measurements as the same way in theprevious measurements. Then they a count the information and theresults and treatment statistically and presented them with a tableand analyzed their results and then discussed in scientific tense basedon scientific sources.The researchers conclude that the proposedexercises led to the development of compatibility and strengthcharacteristic of the speed of the muscles of the arms and theaccuracy of the performance of the skill of beating in the face of theracquet in the sample and adopt these exercises proposed to raise thelevel of variables under study in table tennis beginners to reach theiradvanced positions. | ||
