| The research takles political moderation and its important role in confrontation of harted speech in Iraq . and show the importance of the political moderation in political stability and what s result from of political pluralism and participation that make of preventing the harted speech to take benefit from employing its contribution of firming the idea of acceptance of another . the research has divided the subject through tow parts the first takles the theoretical frame of this research , the second discusses the political moderation to confront the speech of harted in Iraq | ||
