| Abstract | ||
| The research includes procedures for training according to the effect of using two different methods in developing physical capacities and achieve disc throw for talented where both researchers have used this method by using rods and punches of various iron weights in order to develop special capacities concerning disc throw game for the explosive and rapid force of the legs and arms by using these two methods . Hence these exercises emerged in these two ways..There is a development of the explosive power of the legs and arms, especially muscle strength contributing to achieve a high level in the discus throw of the research sample of talented whose ages between 14 – 16 years . It is clear that the need for this activity to train with such means to develop the explosive and rapid force of the legs and arms in order to gain the outcome of the determination strength of the preliminary preference . Then turn and throw as far as possible .Hence, it solved the problem of research by using this method as one of the most exciting modern training methods for the effective development of throwing abilities, especially discus throwing at sample if the research . Thus, it became clear that the exercises in these two methods worked to develop the special abilities of discus for the research sample .The fact that iron collars effectively influenced the achievement of the research sample in this activity being effectively influenced the explosive and rapid force of the legs and arms and improve the achievement at the sample of the research | ||
