Abstract
The importance of the research was manifested through the development of an analytical study of the reality of the occupational stress of the teachers of physical education in the directorates of education in Baghdad governorate, as there are several factors that led to the reduction of the level of the performance of the lesson and to keep up with the major changes in our society and developments, which occur within the educational process and the researcher used the descriptive approach (172) of the teachers of physical education in the directorates of education in Baghdad governorate, therefore the research sample was chosen randomly that divided into two samples, the first sample of (76) for the construction sample and (84) for the application sample and the questionnaire form was designed containing (5) fields of study each field contains several items that included many aspects and after the distribution of the questionnaire and the collection of the results the researcher reached the following conclusions: the results of the scale achieved a moderate level of occupational stress among the teachers of physical education and the researcher recommended to develop and strengthen social relations and organize the educational environment at school
