Abstract
The study aimed to build and rationing of job satisfaction scale and learn about the job satisfaction scale values of the research sample will serve researchers descriptive approach to suitability and nature of the problem and was chosen the research community, which consists of the administrators of Physical Education (supervisors and supervisors) educators General Directorates of Education in Iraq's (255 ) Musharraf and honorable deliberate way and will produce researchers that the research sample was characterized by a natural and reasonable limits in job satisfaction scale fields and a proposal to allocate adequate budget to cover the additional expenses suffered by educational supervisors and supervisors complain about
