Abstract
The study aimed to identify the impact of style model Bloom to learn Olatghani in the development of learning skill transmission front to rotate the upper table, was used experimental method style groups Almtkavitin with pretest and posttest and call it experimental design is setting the arbitrator was chosen as the research group of learners Youth Forum Hit Tennistable for the year (2013) and numbered (20) learner, where the sample size of the experimental group (10) learners and the sample size of the control group (10) learners and a sample experiment reconnaissance (2) the learner has not been excluded from the sample major search. After the application of pre-test the skill transmission front rotate upper modules has been applied to the experimental group and the (20) educational unit has been applied by three modules per week. After the completion of the main experiment was conducted post-test results have been treated by appropriate statistical means. The researcher concluded that the method of Bloom's model for learn Olatghani is a new method for learners and that has proved its importance and its impact effective for learners in the development of transmission learn a skill front the table Tennis.
