| Abstract | ||
| Hence the importance of the research came in the use of ballistic exercises that work on the development of the special strength of the students (explosive power, strength characteristic speed) and therefore is working to help the student to cross the barrier is a better and easier. Hence the research problem in the use of ballistic exercises that represent (jump and weights) for the development of the special power of the two men (explosive strength, speed characteristic strength) and thus help them to pass the barrier and be the answer to the following question Do you exercise ballistic working to develop their own power to pass the barrier for students second phase The study was conducted on a sample of students in the second phase of their number and asked him to 14 during the period from 12.01.2015 and up to 12.3.2015 In light of the exploratory experiment researcher prepared exercises ballistic missile for the development of strength for the students and applied within the educational unit of the students in the main section of the applied rate (50 minutes) and by (2 units) per week for two months (ie 16 units) and then the post tests been performed and the results are processed statistically by spss system The researcher concluded that the ballistic exercises her active role in the development of special strength to pass the barrier to the students of the second phase The researcher recommends in interest using ballistic exercises because of its active role in the development of strength for the second phase of the students. | ||
