Abstract
The study aims at Constructa measure of organizational Trust in sports organizations in Nineveh and Identify the dimensions level of organizational Trust for the heads in sports organizations. By members Administrative staffs . Descriptive approach, through survey method. The study sample was consisted of two parts, the first of which consist of the construction sample (106) of the members while the second part consist of the applied sample (112) of the members. In order to achieve the study aims, organizational trust measure constructed by the researcher is used consisting of (29) items distributed among fife dimensions. Data are statistically treated using theatrical scope,. In addition, T test for two independent sampl T test for one sample, Pearson correlation coefficient, Gentman equation, alpha coefficient, mean, also used as statistical means The study sums up - Build a measure of organizational trust for sports in Nineveh - The heads Sports organization ( federation-sport teams) have high organizational trust by members with worker according to fife dimensions (Objectives Delegation, Centralization Decentralization in decision- making Leading, and Controlling .
