| Abstract | ||
| This study contain brightnesss situations from sufyan al – thawry s life and his methodlogy of research in Explanation and juris prudence in tow chapters . The first chapter contain four field of research a bout his name ancestry birth and his death . he was born in al kufa and dead 161 H in al Basra his ancestry trace back to Thor Bin mina which was atribe from Nadr . And his request for science make the Nation praise on him ,When yunis Bin Aubaid said a bout him :I don’t see a kufian better than sufyan . His sheik (leader) were about 600 who took an education from them , and the number of student whom take an jurisprudence education from him wasn’t counting . he established many books in different fields like Explana tion , prophetic tradition , and juris prudence there for Ibn Aljawzy considered him in his tow compiled as an advanced scientists . In the last field of this chapter there are a bright ness situations of sufyan Althawrys life , that scientists who had anobel situations in refusing to take judicial authorities , Right saying , and keeping himself away from the sultans . The second chapter cotain three fields about his methodology in prophetic tradition , explanation , and juris prudence . he was depend and desirous on hearing and verification in prophetic tradition narration , in explanation he follow his previous forefathers who depend on a fixed trace without trying to explain the remaining by their opinion , they were Explain from Koranic verses just who requiered to Explanation. But his methodology in juris prudence was a combination of the characteristic of two principle schools , which they are prophetic tradition , and opinon schools that hedepend upon his thought and opinion in his judges . | ||
