Abstract
Language is the most important links to the national members of one nation at all, it is an opportunity that allowed the intellectual concept of interdependence between members of the community, and quoted their expertise generation after generation since its inception and until now. It is a tool of understanding and expression, and a means to understand and incomprehensible, it is also a function live over the nation attend and advancement, as well as being the best links between present and past of the nation ((al-Shammari, 2004, p 2) That language in culturally is a record of the mental heritage of nations, and as a means of education and the collection of cultures. They also have an important impact psychologically, they are a means of influence and persuasion as they used to provoke thought, conscience and in addition to being a factor of artistic taste, Valvkr supports the language in (realizing scales and extract the logical issues and the formation of perceived mental). (Dulaimi and Waeli, 2003, p 86-87) Ibn Khaldun says, "The Queen of industrial language in the tongue of a Iatadha meanings as the succession of repetitive and even become a status issued by the firm is expressed by the tongue without the trouble or hardship" (Al Shammari, Reda, 1998, p 165) Arabic is a living language, which she characterized Bovrt and sustained measurement in buildings, and the diversity of tactics, logic and freshness, they are thinner languages portrayal of what falls under sense. (Mr, 1980, p 107). That the rules of the Arabic language as a basic work on a calendar year, the students and avoid error in speech and writing, and get them used to the precision in the drafting of the styles, and the use of words and phrases commonly used true. In addition to being working on the development of vocabulary, and refine the literary tastes of the students and especially the educated public. (Ibrahim, b. T., p 1993). The error in the rules of the Arabic language of the most important problems in the teaching and learning that language, it is also a source of constant complaint from the presence of Arabic language teachers in general. (Zafar, 1984, p 121). And tries to find the current detection of grammatical errors for students who specialize in the Arabic language, and who will be the process of education for students in intermediate and junior high to stand on their willingness to understand the grammar and avoid them of error, which will be reflected without a doubt the extent of avoiding their students for this type of error in the future.
