| Abstract | ||
| The study aims to identify the reality of agricultural lands in the countryside of the Ramadi district, we find that urban sprawl has become a rampant phenomenon in most of its areas, and it is considered one of the environmental disasters that afflicted the cultivated areas in light of the ineffectiveness of laws and decisions that limit them, as well as a set of natural and political variables Economic, personal and administrative have had a role in bulldozing these large areas of land and changing its gender . There are many urban forms that have been taken from the agricultural lands in the district as their location, represented by housing units of different types, warehouses, laboratories and shops with their different functions, and special service projects such as schools, medical, recreational and religious complexes and other uses. Therefore, the study dealt with the agricultural reality in the district for the period from 1980-2020. | ||
