| Tended development plans to focus on building large-scale industries with savings volumetric verified by generally stretched lead to leadership activity in general, helped by the socialist policies that were heading towards building basic industries that can bring savings and economic base of the building industry, and to such as those mentioned building in the theories of industrial poles and uneven development and the industry that has become known as the key (Key Industry) is determined by the nature of the construction industry and its direction. [1] Has grown in recent times, attention to small industrial projects with directions ((privatization)) and support the activity and even relied upon in subsequent development. Having studied the activity of small-scale industries of different aspects of economic and technical needs of the workforce, funding and provision of raw materials and the placement of production standardization and quality control and so on [2], and held seminars and conferences on the national level, national, and has chalked up many of the studies in this regard, the factors of spatial and its role in the emergence of these industries and contrast the spatial problem requires a response. The research suggests that the factors on the spatial variation in the role of small industries in the growth and the variability of their structures. The study concentrated on the cities of Khalis, Khan Bani Saad and the convergence of population and being located in one province, but its activity varied economic and industrial.
