Abstract
Did not reach the law of laws not a nation of nations such as Maouselt him our religion and our nation from the pride, dignity, and glory, and virtue. Fshariatna Islamic laws is better in terms of absorption of all aspects of life. Did not leave anything except our religion and organized to suit human life and its relations with others. Was against the law valid for all full-time and place. And our nation is better Nations in that they stuck to this law and this great religion, Vmst and guided by the light of Islam, she deserved to be better Nations said Allah :  You are the best nation on earth for people Propagation of Virtue and forbid evil and believe in God  (1). This law dealt with all aspects of life the knowledge of the process is known as the (science of jurisprudence), where systems of Islamic jurisprudence of Muslim Affairs, the first day of his life after his death. Why not, has been carrying the banner of this religion and this religion master of creation and Habib right to the Holy Prophet Muhammad , and after him his successors adults, and all his house, pure, and his companions in Miami (may Allaah be pleased with them all), and after them, scholars have, where the expansion of Islamic jurisprudence on their hands a major expansion , Vothery life with all the provisions dealing with various aspects of life, and develop solutions to every problem facing the Islamic nation
