| Abstract | ||
| There is no doubt that knowledge of trade and working out were not an afterthought to the Arab Muslims, or is new but is an extension of what it was in the era before Islam, which increased in this business, especially after he widened the circle of Islam in the East and the West look at debt to trade and the application of starters of free trade within the limits and controls, which confirmed the Islamic law.
