| Several studies suggest Previous to the weakness and lack of teachers to acquire the skills to use maps, so the problem of the current search is determined by the availability of skills to use maps to students mysid at the Institute for the preparation parameters. On the basis of the problem, the research aims at evaluating the skills to use maps to these students and to achieve this objective researcher followed several steps, including review of previous studies for the purpose of obtaining a list of skills to use maps were prepared card observation in the light after it has been to make sure test of its stability was also selected the same amounted to (71) student in place of students in the Institute to prepare teachers for the academic year 2005, and viewers and evaluate their performance according to the note card. After the completion of action research and analyze the data statistically researcher reached the result set was the weakness of the overall level of performance of students mysid in the skills of the use of maps. As well as the low level of performance of students mysid in every area of the use of maps was to reach a set of conclusions, including poor academic preparation in the skills Institute to prepare students for the parameters as the methods of teaching methods in these institutes did not include the issue of skills in spite of its importance as a set of recommendations and proposals | ||
