| Abstract | ||
| With regarding to Al Nawazii. There are a lot of conditions , the knowledge and equity. The condition of knowledge , there must be the inform of the legitimate judgment on the perfect side after knowing the fact from all of its sides, and the condition of equity , there must be no lenity in the legal opinion ( Fatwa ) in the Islamic law ( Al Sharia ) and partiality in it, taking in the consideration the side of right in all of that and look at the problems of people with mercy and easiness of the legitimating and holding their deeds in the middle of its judgments. The jurisprudence of the contemporary Nawazii is one of the precise ways and the most important in that the spectator broaches subjects which not broached before and did not mentioned by the ancestors but these issues are recent and prevail the characteristics of the modern era which is distinguished by the innovation of solutions of the various scientific problems (the old and new ) and innovate new ways that have not been in the mind of the human one day and Allah kn * Al Nawazii : recent issues which prevail the characteristics of the modern era. | ||
