| Abstract | ||
| The sales contract is a contract netting in which the exchange of goods between two parties, one pays list, a seller, and the other is paying corresponds to this item, a buyer, a project in the book and the Sunnah and the consensus and the mind, and has many types mentioned by the jurists and all valid in messaging and means are four types of ((Messaging oral voice, and correspondence written posts, and messaging visual voice, and messaging visual linear)), and all types of modern means of correspondence is true where a sales contract, may not be sold to see hardship ((hidden from view)), because it is the damage forbidden by the Prophet ((peace be upon him)), as well as valid correspondence for Documentary Credits in Islamic banks, provided they are free of the interest and the mind just agency for payment if the importer has the amount of credit, and proves the option of the Council in the sale contract does not prove that in other contracts. | ||
