Abstract
The study of laws and regulations that have been discussed and approved in the House of Representatives panel the task of panel study of contemporary history of Iraq and the omission of many studies and historical research on this important aspect has become necessary to address it in some detail and clarification, especially as these laws and regulations have had a clear impact in the evolution of institutions during that period. It was optional to discuss the law of service officers in the army for being one of the laws that Ndmt affairs officers and contributed to the development of the military, I have addressed in this study, the reasons for the enactment of this Act and the rules and conditions under which to accept the officers in the military this first, and showed second , following the law in the development times of new military and the reflection in improving the physical condition and morale of officers, and the third, has explained the role of law in dealing with an objective to resign and retire your officers and the debate about these topics or IV she stated how the treatment of law subject of promotion of officers and reflection in improving social conditions of the officers. Last but not least, I hope to contribute to research in the statement of the importance of this law and the quest to study and understand the stages of the evolution of the military in the modern Iraqi state
