Abstract
After the founding of the modern Iraqi state in 1921, there have been many of the personalities and politics which played an important role in the consolidation of the foundations of the young throughout the monarchy, and was among those national figures, Abdul Aziz al-Kassab, who has held management positions in different most notably the Mayor and then acting in and insert until he was appointed Minister more than once and in several ministries, as well as his membership in the House of Representatives, and then his presidency of the Council under the conditions of a thorny and complex experienced by the Kingdom of Iraq in the early composition, and the importance of this character and to highlight its role in the contemporary history of Iraq and a few dealt with some objectivity and the study and analysis, all That was a motivation for us to discuss this topic.
