Abstract
That the educational process in the field of girls' education have been declining compared to contracts ago, which is certainly to Ataatuaq with development plans designed to improve the province of Diyala, Iraq Mainbga to be. And that this phenomenon is not Boukhafah but the clarity of Midei to prepare the research and studies to determine the size and marking trends. And that the decline of culture is informed of the most prominent challenges facing girls' education as a social construction of reliable in Iraq, a goal Maasubh concern for many international organizations concerned Bashoan women. Shown in table No. (1) that the number of pupils of primary schools in the city of Muqdadiyah reached (3514), a pupil less than the number of pupils in the city of Baquba, as was (9101), a pupil and this means that (38.61) the proportion of pupils Muqdadiya to every one hundred pupils Baquba. Since the population of the city of Baquba reached (2490011) and the number of residents of the city of Muqdadiyah was (129,402.22) was the proportion of the Muqdadiyah to death (51.968) and the percentage of pupils Muqdadiyah to the disciples of death was (38.61%), this means that the Muqdadiyah in the position of a worsening compared to Baquba. This was reflected in the number of schools where there are in Muqdadiyah (8) Schools (2) guests from out of (8) while the penalty (19) School, of which (6) Schools and Guest (13) independent Bnayatha
