| Abstract | ||
| The new Ottmans Constitute the intellectual eligte of Ottman Society , those who acquired their education in the recent modern schools in doors or abroad . Generally Speaking those intellectuals were unsatisfied with those reforms Performed by Ottmany government because according to their views these reforms were not deep routed and unable to irradiate the main Ottmany misdeeds . The new Ottman appeared in the second half of the 19th century and were able to formulate the strongest trend among Ottman intellectuals they were all modernization pros by adopting western technics on the condition of not going to far in westrenization and abandoning local civilization . The new Ottmans were unable to use violence to impose changes but they were able to publish their intellectual attitude through media ( Jaurnals ) and they were able to express these attitudes on stage . They were connected to organization " engineering " Mostafa Rasheed pasha, and eventully to the prince Mostafa Fadhil . The new Ottmans succeeded in acquiring the approval of part of the Ottman public and forming new ideas and thoughts towards the constitutional experiments in 1876 . Kamal Namiq and shanasi Ibrahim were example of new Ottmans who brought new trends in thinking and they were good educators through their intellectual opinion in Various aspects of life like education , women , patriotism , constitudional system , liberty ,rights and duties . | ||
