Abstract
From the evidences presented in the research and the analysis of the motives that caused the emersion of the Hothi movement and then, Hothism as a phenomenon in Yemeni an society which caused a change in the methods followed by the Hothi movement. The methods were based on reinforcing the principles of Zeidi doctrine by defecating its followers to make it occupy its status among the other religion ideologies in the country. This research points out that a change happened in the perspectives of Hothi movement established Hothism towards a military movement, especially after Hussein Badir Al-dean Al-Hothi became the leader of the Hothi movement and responsible of(The Youth Union) which was established by the Hothi movement to be a field for its ideological and cultural actions. Later on, the union was renamed as(The union of Youth Believers) in 1992 and became a secret organization equipped by firearms and fighting methods rather than cultural notions to achieve the aims of the new movement namely: regaling the power of Emamah (Islamic Leadership) which was fallen after the revolution of 1962, and other aims related to regional and international agendas justified by the bad economical and conditions that the people of Yemen in general and especially the people at Saada suffer from . Through all these circumstances, the Hothi movement led a military conflict against the government of Yemen by using a propaganda against the United States and accusing the government by being a servant to United States. Since the beginning 0f the Hothi rebelation in 2004, and the start of military conflect gains the Yemenian government and its social and economical benefits till 2010 which was developed through six phases. This reflected very dangerous results on the security,stabillty and prosperity of Yemen. Furthermore, this issue became an international affair and allowed many countries (United States West European countries, Iran, and Saudi Arabia) to interfere with the Yemenian local affairs using their own agendas and aims which caused weakness in the Yemenian unity. Also it made suitable circumstances to the growth of terrorist organizations like Al- Qaida as well as the fatal losses in social and economical sectors and delaying the development plans to reduce poverty and unemployment and refining the sectors of health, education, and economy. Through all this, Hothi movement has participated in complicating the Yemenian situation and increased the problems . In spite of that, the Yemenian government attempted to deal with crisis pacifically through local and international intercessions . One of the most prominent intercessions was the Quatrain one (although there was a break) which is still trying to achieve national conciliation and solving the problems supported by the procedures of Yemenian government to achieve a nonviolent solution.
