| This study is concerned with association reference and the position of emam ibn hazm . the study is divided into: First : Identifying association reference Second : Identifying association reference and the position of amam ibn hazm , discussion and the researcher's viewpoint Third : application in the reference of association Abi AL-Hazm in the rules of purification , prayer , Zaka , fasting , pilgrimage and what can be eaten and what's forbidden to be eaten . The conclusions arrived at affirm that through the investigation it was found thst there is on application of the issue under study | ||
