| thanks the world god and piece and prayer of out mastr Mohammad and his followers And then . thisreserch its issue aPout the roal of cutting tree packthorn and palms in Islamic low and show to as our stady fo this matter the following points : 1-it Back thorn famous and know tree between peoples . 2-comin of in the mention of Back thorn in howlly Quraan in meny situation on of then the said of god . 3-we can used Back thorn in washing the died people as in tell in the holly prophetic moves . 4-for the cutting of Back thorn two opinion . finst one the preventing and second permissibplity and all each of had its rulls we couldn’t permissibility cut with out reason orit was Backthorn in priveet property . and could permissibility if heard harm the outher plants or in the way of the moslims or if we want to used for washing died people . of then palm it divided two port : first part : if was in the earth of moslims it heated cutit only for using or prevent prophet prayer of gad of his and piece obout cutting the treis and vaguest for respect the palm .
