This research aims at evaluating Ministry examinations in Biology of the third and sixth year secondary schools from the teachers' point of view according to the following standards : comprehensiveness , easiness and difficulty , quality , scientification , emotion and skill sides , objectivity , artistical sides .
The research includs the Ministry examinations in Biology of the year 2008/2009 , first attempt and Biology teachers in Diyala province , who were (683) , (100) male and female teachers have been choosen randomly from different regions in the province , (50) teachers from the intermediate stage and (50) teachers from the secondary stage.
The research tool was made from closed questionaire which includs (25) items of three levels (high degree , medial degree , low degree) , Their validity and reliability were found (0-86) , This questionaire with the examination questions were given to the two classes , Then they were collected and analyzed and the results were :
1- The third class questions showed their imbalance between with the book chapters , weakness in the sequence of book subjects , they are not arranged from the easy to the difficult standards , and they do not include essay questions , they also emphasize on memorizing questions, not developing the emotion sides , and the equilibrium between (gnostic , emotion , skill) sides were not found .
2- The sixth class questions showed : imbalance between book chapters, they do not include essay questions , not developing emotion side , and the equilibrium between (gnostic , emotion , skill) sides were not found
