| This research study addressed the topic of the semantic meanings - a reference text - and models applied from the Koran and the Sunnah, in terms of the definition and difference between them and a text, and divisions, and the like, and rank. And proved the researcher that the reference text is a gloss Altazamah logical consequences of the meanings of words, and in recognizing varying minds and incomprehensible, and experienced people to understand the words legitimacy are the specialists to extract those meanings Alaltazamah, phrase text has been understood by the scholar and jurist, and a reference text it is understood by only a jurist in Sharia, al-Faqih and also in the language can not be addressed for the development of legal provisions, but the tongue of the Arab Knowledge and note can be aware of him the secrets of the tongue and its goals. He cited researcher in his research that models applied from the Koran and the Sunnah reveals the care of scientists assets of Islamic jurisprudence, extrapolation methods Arab and expressions and vocabulary, and Astmadadhm of this extrapolation and thus decided by the scholars of this language of the rules and controls, reached by taking into account to understand the terms of the texts they true, this study has invited specialists in the field of studies of fundamentalism for further research for the rest of the semantics of sentences | ||
