Abstract
The aim of this research is to clarify the position of women and their rights in the divine and man-made religions،  and to highlight their role in achieving societal peace،  because women are the nucleus of society and are the first building block in building a conservative family،  by taking their role in raising boys and girls. women are half of society in terms of rights and duties،  for the woman is that creature that is distinguished by her affection and tenderness over men. Islam،  the Islam that abolished her from the servitude and humiliation that she used to suffer in the time of Jahiliyyah،  depriving her of the inheritance،  and the oppression she was subjected to،  that bleeds the heart and sheds tears.
