| Abstract | ||
| A parks and gardens are a special container, the have vehicle and important functions, it provides natural breathing oxygen the city, a place that is frequented by residents for recreation Almendinp and shipping of human energy, as well as the aesthetic appearance of the given space. And around the city of Baquba, gardens and parks amounted to 93300 m 2 area of four parks reflected the President, with the local parks into residential neighborhoods, numbering 39 between constructed and non-constructor. The research was to address the problems and challenges facing these uses scenes and disability in the performance of the spatial function in the light of efficiency measurement in accordance with the planning standards reviewed in theory and then came the second part, applied to study through the identification of weaknesses in spatial performance of its functions through the adoption of standards and building a matrix to achieve the goals and given weights have scientific justification, the study found several results be used for those in charge of organization and management of the city. | ||
