| Abstract | ||
| This research is about the international efforts to prevent the drugs and the mental effects . the drugs phenomenon is described as the new cancer and the sickness of the modern age which makes trouble to all states of the world . All powers of society are needed to confront it wisely according to a clear national and international plan for the necessary material and human possibilities which should be available . As a matter of fact no single state alone is able to prevent the drugs . the international cooperation is the only way to build world which is clear of drugs . The international efforts in the field of preventing drugs from a basic and active factor in facing this sickness and stricting and controlling it since the problem of drugs is considered as a general and common responsibility which needs following an integrated and balanced method which lconforms with the purposes and principles fixed in the international agreements that are concerned with preventing the drugs since any country in the world is not far from this problem and its harms under the revolution of technology , globalization , the speech of communications and transportations which make the crims of drugs a global one . This research is divided into three sections . The first section deals with the Arabic efforts in presenting the drugs and the mental effects . It contains the Arabic strategy to prevent the illegal use of the mental drugs and the mental effects and the present plans which concern the Arabic strategy to prevent the illegal use of drugs and the mental effects which are adopted by the council of the Arab internal ministers besides the typical unified Arab law for the drugs and the Arabic agreement to prevent the illegal trade of the drugs and mental effects . As concerns the second section it deals with the regional efforts in preventing the drugs and the mental effects . It consists of two subsections , the first tackles the role of the European federation in preventing the drugs and the mental effects . The second deals with the role of the organization of the American states in preventing the drugs and the mental effects . The third section is about the international agreements and the role of the united nations in preventing the drugs and the mental effects . | ||
