Abstract
Testing the current research the correlation effect between the variable of knowledge management, represented by five axes (generating, organizing, storage, application, and dissemination of knowledge) and a variable capacity deals in Diyala State Company for Electrical Industries, as was the research problem of how the impact of knowledge management in the creation and capacity development Deals in the company. Has been used form questionnaire as a tool for data collection, were distributed (28) A copy of the form of the research sample, which was selected intentional and in (Director and Deputy Director), as exemplified by the main research assumption that there is a relationship and the impact of significant between the processes of knowledge management, capabilities, and data were analyzed Using a program (Spss) was used as a number of statistical methods to validate the assumptions, including: the correlation coefficient (Person) Balazafp to analyze simple and multiple regression. The results were identical to the hypotheses they show a correlation and the impact of legal entities for all axes operations and knowledge management capabilities and a variable that has been formulated in light of a set of recommendations, which will hopefully benefit them involved in the current study.
