Abstract
The research aims at evaluating exam questions to the general rule of ministerial preparatory school math / science section in the light of mental abilities. Formed the research sample exam questions from the general rule of ministerial preparatory school math / science section of the academic years from 1997-1998 to 2006/2007 first round. Researcher prepared a list of mental capacity should be measured by questions have been picked up Gelford model of mental abilities, studies and relevant literature, consisted of (120) intellectual ability, has been verified sincerity and persistence. The results showed using repetition and the percentage of the following: the marked difference between the number of questions imposed for questions Examinations General Mathematics Sixth Scientific and questions analyzed and all the matrices of mental abilities, and that the largest number of questions have been in the capacity of (Altvkeraltqarba, memory, and thinking divergent), and the lack of attention to questions capabilities of each of (cognitive thinking, and thinking of the calendar) in the exam questions ministerial General Mathematics sixth grade science.
