| But remains of Islamic law is protected from anyone who tries to be touched and tampering of its assets implicitly or explicitly pledge to God so, was that God sent the Almighty scientists to carry the banner of defending it, it was reported the falsehood of wrongdoers, and impersonate ÇáŰÇáíä, and suspicions of atheists as the honest and trustworthy : (( carries the flag of all the behind the reprieve, deny him twist ÇáŰÇáíä, and impersonate wrongdoers, and interpretation of the ignorant)), and he kept scholars of Islam are paying for the year in the pure all suspicion, and refute the cries of biased people who claim to Islam because they are ignorant Bhakikth and safety of its sources, or knowingly who infiltrated in the nation's hatred and envy to the demise of their kingdoms and nations, so roll up their sleeves to defend the law in general and the year the pure private, Fajdmoha a great service experience with the generations over the hurricane and in the various cities to this we decided to have this research a new addition to the great effort they put into service years beloved Prophet , so came the title Our research is marked by B ((formulas of Nursing and the rules of use when modernists)), as these formulas was and still is the focus of our attention since the first years of the study, did not make us these formulas only being internationalized on the weakness and vulnerability in the modern, as well as words outspoken critics of the modern weakening of the hand or attributed board and overwhelmed by the words. I say: we could not stand in the phase of the reasons why the modernists to be used, because we went through in the haste, and how it crystallized the reasons why modern to be the rules of the basis they have adopted in the preparation of their travels in the modern, and did not say it, but the scientific method flour and techniques of innovative Industry Hadith is revealed it has seen the difference between these formulas through the wording that the strength of its building language, and that if any dispute between modernists in some of them in terms of significance to the hearing, communication or not, this came these words or wordings of nursing to be the subject of our present. And praise to Allah Almighty, and through take us in the wombs of works of modern and, after prolonged consideration of the precise pathways modernists that Anthjoha in these works, we were able to shape those rules the formulation of precise fit and for reasons that stood a motive, for the use of these formulas in their works, and to be adding a new science to the table of science and his family, and we are honored by the service of the Prophetic Sunnah pure, so this research came after this introduction, encompassing the two sections and several demands as follows: Section I: Nursing in the language and terminology, and his trademark and formula, and the dispute was happening between the two versions of ((all, he said)) in Dalalthma with hearing and communication or not. The first requirement: Nursing in the language and terminology. The second requirement: his mark at the modernists. Third requirement: in modern formula. Fourth requirement: Achieving say in the dispute happening between the two versions of ((all, he said)) in Dalalthma with hearing and communication or not. The second topic: the rules use formulas when modern nursing.
