| Language thought of speaking, which is - a miracle of thought big, and the tool that holds ideas, and the movement of concepts pay nothing so communication links between the sons of one nation, and it is the convergence and similarity and harmony among them, an arsenal of cultural, which is building the nation and protect its integrity, which is the origin of civilization and the maker of progress and prosperity, and strength spiritual life, intellectual and physical (38: p 5).That the Arabic language is not a new invention "of languages in its inception, development, and united, they were Arabs various tribes scattered across the Arabian Peninsula, vast that include evidence of different meet each other, and separated from each other factors, geographical, cultural and civilization in times and special places, and there were accents spoken of by all the Arabs, "and the Holy Qur'an was revealed to work on pulling the hand of the language standard and the continuation of her well-established architecture, was the good fortune of the Arabic language it is linked to the book of God, and this association gave her a good opportunity to grow and evolve and make their way to the future, a fixed paced, the Association of composure to Athvl as opposed to their way of rocks Ooachoak can be inferred this fact through certificates of many Western scientists Orientalists who Adehsthm this language and have been fascinated it, Valmstcherq Mansion French say ((that the Arabic language, which originated the last of the Semitic languages are the most Neka "and at least here")) (16: p 6).
