Abstract
Abstract This research aims to study the small industrial establishments in the city of Ramadi in order to identify the reality of these problems that led to the reluctance of their production processes and then find strategic solutions that guarantee addressing these problems in order to strengthen their important role in the process of economic and social development, as the number of industrial establishments reached The small city in Ramadi is (1443) industrial establishment, while the number of its employees reached (5466) workers, and these industries included seven main sectors represented by the industrial sectors (food, textiles, wood, paper, construction, metal and industrial services). Food industries ranked first in terms of the number of establishments and employees, as the number of establishments in this sector reached (586) establishments, which constituted (41%) of the total small industrial sectors in the study area, while the number of employees in them reached (3,410) workers, who constituted (62) % of the total number of workers in the study area, in the construction industries sector ranked seventh and last, with the number of establishments amounting to (36) establishments, which constituted (2%) of the total number of small industrial establishments in the study area, and the number of workers amounted to (295) workers They constituted 6% of the total number of employees.
