| Abstract | ||
| The types and categories of moral rights in the financial benefit is one of the important sections that ancient and contemporary jurists have taken care of. Therefore, in our research, we dealt with the sections of these rights in the financial benefits _ a comparative study and the rights contained therein, and we have divided it into two sections: The first topic: the concept of moral rights, and we divided it into two demands: the first requirement: the definition of the terms rights and moral rights, and the second requirement: the types and sections of moral rights (copyright, patent, trade name, commercial license). The second topic: the rights contained in the moral rights, and it includes two demands: the first requirement: the public right, and the second requirement: the private right and the moral and financial rights it includes. | ||
