| Reflected the problem of current research by informing the researcher on a number of literature and previous studies that there is a lot of Arabic language teachers and Madrsadtha in the Arab world, especially in Iraq graduates in colleges of education have not received in the course of preparing them for the teaching profession, what qualifies them to perform their jobs field performance of a full, Some incapable of giving scientific expected, and falls short in educating young people scientifically and educationally, and then should be built for them teaching programs dealing with the requirements of the teaching profession. In addition, the system of preparation of teachers and faced much criticism, as people take care programs without cognitive side to take care of the practical side, especially in teaching methods and curricula (Hassani, 1998, p 380). Increase the moment on what a researcher from the obvious weakness in the teaching performance of a large number of Arabic language teachers, and Madrsadtha, as well as shown by the results of a number of studies on evaluating the performance of Arabic language teachers and students Madrsadtha or Arabic language departments in colleges of education. Has become a phenomenon of weak Arabic language to the elites (educated) phenomenon, does not raise any surprise, and many professing not to need to know the basics of grammar. Is the reason lies in the nature of the Arabic language, and the difficulty of their bases? Or that there is no need to pay attention to them, as it the language of rigid, unable to keep up with the spirit of the times? This share of enemies, that is intended to keep this nation dependent on other nations, as it would not work the nation is fighting what does not make, and eat what does not grow, and they wear weave, it will not succeed the nation, not mastered intellectuals, researchers and officials, including their mother tongue, fascinated by languages and even the West (Alnaouachi, 2004: p 1-3). And weaknesses in the Arabic language of the problems that emerged clearly in educational institutions, as announced to complain about the low level of students in, and applies that provision to many university students and intellectuals, as the linguistic errors of many in recent years to some extent become a researcher it does not need to the length of the effort to evoke a large number of them, after that it was a survey errors, became of abundance to choose from what is fit to be a model for others, and represents the weakness of language and the reality of many college students, especially graduates in the Arabic language departments of colleges of education who is all of them a teacher of Arabic, as you find them below the required level, despite the increase in university graduates, but they do not speak their language, especially students of Arabic language departments who are supposed to be role models and targeted the right and the ideal leader to abide by the caller and in eloquence. Contrary to what he sees from the departure of most of them to save the information, facts and rules in light of the traditional methods of teaching, as well as weak Khozanhm knowledge which leads to a negative learning process of being unable to achieve its objectives, and still this weakness continues and is almost to be broad (Hilal , 1987, p 12). | ||
