| Abstract | ||
| The aim of the search is to: 1. Identifying the level of organizational effectiveness and its axes of the Student Activities Department at the University of Mosul. 2.Identifying the level of organizational effectiveness factors in the Student Activities Department at the University of Mosul. The research sample included (19) officials of the student activities division, distributed over (19) colleges, representing (82.6%) of the research community. For the purpose of reaching the goal of the research, the two researchers used the scale prepared by (Al-Tai, 2010) to assess the organizational effectiveness of sports organizations in Nineveh Governorate, since the tool is applied to a sample that is not similar to the sample of the current research, so the researchers verified its apparent validity and stability. In processing the data statistically, the arithmetic mean and percentage were used, and the researchers concluded the following: 1. The Student Activities Department has a medium level of organizational effectiveness. 2. The Student Activities Department has a high level of goal setting. 3.The Student Activities Department emphasizes the commitment to working hours at a high level. 4. The axes (development, motivation, control and evaluation, communication, work satisfaction, cohesion) came at a medium level. 5. The Student Activities Department has a low level of adaptation. | ||
