| Health services supplies basic life of any society was because they reflect the development that has reached the community so it was this aspect concern the broad from the presence of states because the development Mstlesmath reflects the country's ability to access social development and Alavtsadah and can result in the administrative unit and its functions efficiently to serve its population and territory, the This requires that the distribution of health services efficiently commensurate with the preparation of the population in the territories career.Since the right to health of Hakouko rights under international treaties to which Saddaguet by the Egyptian government and has become an integral part of domestic law and in accordance with Article (151) of the Constitution. And not a grant from the government to its citizens.The Egyptian Constitution guarantees the right to enjoy Bsahhh good for all citizens and in this regard, he noted Tkir the World Health Organization in 2006 that Egypt occupies the place (66) at the level of health in the world.
