Abstract
The study focused on the effect of the official and parallel exchange rate of the dollar against the Iraqi dinar and the domestic product on the growth rate for the period from 1990 to 2019. And previous studies, and the study concluded that there is an inverse relationship with a statistical significance between the government and parallel exchange rate, the total output and the growth rate.
