| Abstract | ||
| Praises to Almighty Allah and blessings be upon his prophet mohammed ,his household and all his followers . One of the most important branch of Islamic law is inheritance because it concerns . People s financial rights , therefore , we should take care of it in searching and researching . "Grandfather with brothers " is one of the most important issue . There a different point of view among followers and who followed them . The Right opinion of this issue what the majority of followers has said such as '' Abu Bakr ,Aesha and Ibn Abbas ,Allah s blessings be upon them .Imam Abu Hanifa s opinion was that brothers would not deserve inheritance when the grandfather is alive and so if the father alive. Ibn Taimiya and Ibn Al-Qaem preferred this choice and a great number of clergymen Yet ,Allah is the full –knowledge of the rightist Answer . | ||
