The real reasons of increasing public expenditure with reference to Iraq
It is obvious that the emerging of a state is attributed to the society requirements ,the state has to meet individuals general needs such as security, justice ,health ,education ,and other services for example security can not be achieved by individuals ,Although some security-firms emerge as a contemporary Model ,In the world nowadays ,They are not able enough to undertake such are responsibility as community
safety.
The aim of this research is to indicate the increasing reasons of general expenditure ,We will go through several theories deal with this phenomenon and shed light on it in deferent countries all over the world among them ,we have Wagner ' s law of increasing state activities ,Wiseman-Peacock hypothesis. According to J.M Keynes theory increasing public expenditure economically, socially ,and politically is wisely justified by the government interference in the economic fields. after great depression in 1929
The research is divided into four sections, the first deal with historical view on development of expenditures on every word of global ,the second deal with some theories which it had tough this subject and the third deal with development of expenditures in Iraq ,each one is subdivided into two or three articles and followed by a conclusion and recommendations. |
