| Abstract | ||
| The study of cities and their development and extension of factors and is essential when doing any study of any city in the world in geographical studies of cities; so as to indicate the importance of the city and how its creation and expansion of the urban future. The city of Khanaqin, ancient cities and ancient history, that have arisen since ancient times, which was to its geographical location as the city roads, a border town. Has played a big role this city in history in terms of the historical events that took place where its people and in terms of resistance to defend it during foreign invasions on the city of Khanaqin. And enjoy the city of Khanaqin, geographical location and nature as a tourist city roads and borders, where they were before the link in trade between Iraq and Iran during the ancient historical roles.
