| Abstract | ||
| The aim of this research is to study positive thinking and its relationship with the level of psychological happiness among fourth-year female students. The researcher hypothesized a connection between positive thinking and psychological happiness. The research population consisted of 45 fourth-year female students majoring in Physical Education and Sports Science at the College of Education for Women, Al-Kufa University, for the academic year 2022-2023. The researcher adopted a descriptive method, as it suits the nature of the study, and utilized the Positive Thinking Scale and the Psychological Happiness Scale. After employing statistical analysis and analyzing the research results, the researcher found that the fourth-year female students possess a high level of psychological happiness. Moreover, there is a positive correlation between positive thinking and psychological happiness among the students. The researcher recommends conducting further research and studies that explore positive thinking and psychological happiness along with other stages and variables. Holding seminars, lectures, and conferences to encourage society to focus on developing positive aspects is also advised. Additionally, providing training courses in human development skills and incorporating curricula that foster various types of thinking are suggested | ||
