| Abstract | ||
| Started to issue stocks and bonds takes great interest by those interested in this subject, as these transactions have become a means of earning material harvested huge profits in the market in this day and age. Especially after the spread of the banks and the banks are great until I took studies in this area take a great effort by scholars of the economy, and began the owners of the funds to direct their investments towards these transactions rather than the establishment of factories and plants productivity, and then had a focus on price levels and may affect the creation of economic crises between now and then. I wanted to show the rule to deal in the market in terms of the solution and the privacy and limited to certain types of bonds, because the remaining species either belonging to the species that I mentioned or what little longer in use, have been arranged on the front of research and pave the two sections and a conclusion.
